Dollies, Lift Straps and tie-downs, Shrink Wrap, Bubble wrap and many more for no additional fees.

At Island King Housekeeping,
it is our mission to take care of the undesirable work of keeping your house clean and in order. Let us give you a helping
hand so that you can spend your free time doing what you love instead of tidying up your home. We will come in and maintain
your home after your 1st initial clean so your home will always be clean and feel fresh. It will also cut the time and allow
us to consume less cleaning tasks. Although we do strongly suggest that you schedule a detail clean every three to four months.
We will customize your cleaning tasks to your specified needs from doing the dishes to laundry and organizing your household
materials such as book, toys, magazines, etc.

Any cleaning can be customized to fit your specific needs and budget. Our rates are competitive and our cleanings are
personalized. Our cleaners follow a comprehensive checklist that they abide by and will be followed by unless you specify
otherwise, All Services are billed hourly (per cleaner per hour) so you get as much of or as little cleaning as the property
requires. For your convenience, we supply all products and tools. Our team looks forward to "Bringing sunshine into

Island King Junk-haul provides a full-service junk removal. We offer a convenient and cost-friendly junk removal
service for your home or business including offices, retail locations, and more. Our team is specialized in hauling away your
trash, yard debris, junk or unwanted items. Whether it be a couch, old entertainment center, or soiled yard debris, our team
is there to handle it all so that you don't have to. We offer a same-day service if available. Island King Junk Haul handles
all hard labor removals and ensures that your items are recycled, donated or disposed of properly and efficiently.
